<Techniques: Seto-Yaki & Layered Glaze Brushing>

🔥 Seto-Yaki craftsmanship is one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns, renowned for its versatile glazing techniques and everyday usability, blending functionality with refined aesthetics.

🔥 Layered glaze brushing—the darker brown base glaze is hand-brushed, followed by a lighter brown overlay, creating a soft, organic contrast that enhances the bowl’s rustic yet elegant appeal.

🔥 High-temperature firing (1200–1300°C / 2192–2372°F) allows the white glossy interior to remain smooth and refined, while the outer glaze develops depth and texture, achieving its signature calm, subdued aesthetic.
