Bespoke: Created from Scratch

Wholesale

Minimum order: 20 pieces.

Orders over £2,000 or $2,700 qualify for a 15% discount on wholesale prices.

For out-of-stock items, the normal lead time is 4–6 weeks.

< 2 > Submit Form: Fill out the enquiry assessment form we emailed you;
< 3 > Get a Quote: Receive a quote and timeline within 72 hours;
< 4 > Confirm Details: Finalise fees, agree on terms, and sign the contract;
< 5 > Make Payment: Pay for production or wholesale upfront;
< 6 > Production: We handle design, sampling, and mass production or arrange your wholesale/knick knack items;
< 7 > Pre-Shipping & Payment: Approve shipping fees and make the final shipping payment;
< 8 > Delivery: Receive your order at the specified location.

For orders under £10,000, 100% of the payment must be cleared within 5 working days of signing the contract;
